Last night after coming home from the Engesetter's house for pizza, we stumbled across a major leak in our basement. Little did we know it would take us over an hour and a half before we would find out where it was coming from!! My mom and dad began to check the showers to see if water was coming out from the shower curtains but that was not the problem. Next, they moved to the attic to see if the central air unit was leaking but that was not the problem either. My dad then proceeded to knocking out part of the sheet rock to see if he could get a better idea of where the leak was coming from. Well, it seemed to be coming right through the floor of our pantry closet...WHAT!!!!!! We all rushed to see what in the world could be leaking through the floor of our pantry. As I opened the door I began to see a huge puddle come rushing out from under a five gallon water jug that we had been storing in there... it was leaking all over the place. We all began to chuckle as we had spent almost two hours now checking every water pipe, air conditioning vent, etc. in the house only to find out it was the jug right in the pantry. A relieved but tired out dad was happy to find out he was not going to have to lay out any money to fix this major leak!!!! Hopefully I'll be able to post some pics of the damage soon... I'm trying to get what I need to post some pictures for everyone.
