Today I registered to take an Italian culinary class. I'm sooooooo excited!!!! It's has been something I've wanted to do for a really long time; but, it just never seemed to work out. Well this time it finally did. SO, hopefully I'll be able to make some fine Italian cuisine after I'm finished.

Oh hooray! That is awesome! Where are you taking the classes? There is nothing better than Italian food. It's my favorite type of cuisine :o)
