My Apologies!
Dear Bloggers,
I'm so sorry that I have been unable to post any new pics! I can't stand computer trouble. Hopefully I'll be able to go to the store soon, and get my card reader fixed! I've been so busy with my college classes and work that there just hasn't been enough time for anything else! This semester I've taken on the challenge of 17 credits! They consist of 7 classes: Bible Doctrines II, Life of Paul, Life of David, English Composition, Fear of the Lord, New Testament Survey, and Bible Study Methods!(WHOA, I remembered them all) So, as you can see my plate is pretty full. I miss posting everyday and hope to get back to it VERY soon. Also, there is a lot of sickness going on around our church lately, and it has finally made its way into our house. My brother is not feeling well, and my mom is just not feeling herself today. We are hoping that she is not coming down with something too! I'm trying sooooo hard to keep from coming down with anything, I can't stand being sick. So, on that note I must go and start my schoolwork.
Hope you all have a great day!

Mondays are one of the hardest days of the week for me, especially rainy Mondays! Our house is under construction mode because my mom and dad are painting their room and getting new carpet so, our house is a bit crazy! Other than that not much is going on around here. I've been really busy with work and I just started my next semester of college so I'm swamped! I thought because there are no pictures to post I would do a "Who am I."
Give it a try...
1.My favorite hobby is flying!
2.My greatest fear is becoming an adult!
3.I'm scared to death of my shadow!
4. My favorite color is green!
Can you guess who I am??

Just Another Adventure!
On Monday my mom received a last minute email from the Martha Stewart Show inviting us to join them on Wednesday February 13th! We were so excited because we had been waiting a LONG time to be able to go and see her show.
So, Yesterday at 9:11 my mom, Aunt Amy, Abbey, and me jumped on the train heading for NYC!!! We got into the city at about 10:30, grabbed a Starbucks and something small for a late breakfast and headed directly to Chelsea Television Studios to go see the show! Oh, I forgot, before we headed to the studio we had to go to Macy's because I could no longer walk on the slippery, wet streets of the city in the shoes I had decided to wear. So, there we all found ourselves searching through Macy's trying to discover I think the only 5 1/2 in the entire store!!!! Sorry guys. Anyway, finally we were on our way. When we got to the studios we were so happy to find out we were only about the 25th people in line, which was really good seeing how there were 170 people at the show that day! We had so much fun at the show seeing all the behind the scenes work that goes into producing just an hour show! I give them all credit. Martha was terrific, she is so relaxed and such an easy-going person, I love her! I have to tell you about one other person at the studio, JOEY!!!! Joey is is such a ball of energy! He is the guy that gives the audience all the signals to stand when Martha enters, to sit, to clap, to say "YUM" etc. He makes the show a blast on commercial time by handing out free gifts, telling hilarious jokes, of which I won't spoil, you'll have to go and hear them for yourself! All in all the show is such a neat experience, I'll NEVER forget it. After the show we decided to grab a late lunch before heading on to the train ride home. We stopped at Chipotle's, which is a great Mexican Grill, YUMMO! We caught the 5:22 train back home and headed straight to church for Wednesday night services. What a fun, memorable day...

Josh's Rice Crispy Treat!
This week in my brother's school is Valentine Friendship Week! Today they are having a Rice Crispy Treat contest among the High Schoolers. I thought my brothers turned out really neat looking so I thought I would share it with you. I'll tell you by the end of the day if he won or not...
Getting Started...

He rolled them into little balls and dipped them in white chocolate. He dyed some of the chocolate a hint of yellow!

Can you guess what he made?

POPCORN, you're right!

Stay tuned to see the results of the contest...

Riley, Riley, Riley...
Well, since there's not too much going on today I thought I would share something funny about my dog! That's usually what I post when there's nothing else to right about. Riley LOVES ice cubes!!! Yes, he really does. Whenever I open the freezer he comes running frantically and immediately sits down with an eager face that says "PLEASE give me an ice cube."
Here's a picture of the scene...

Its a little dark...Sorry!

I've Been Tagged...
It's sooooooooo funny that this tagging thing is still going round! Abbey from "It's A Wonderful Life" has tagged me! So, hopefully I'll be able to share a few things that most people don't know about me.
Here are the rules~
(1) Link to the person that tagged you. (2) Post the rules on your blog. (3) Share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself. (4) Tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs. (5) Let each random person know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their website.
1-When I was younger I had a fascination with Anne of Green Gables. All I could dream of was having a dress with puff sleeves so I could look like her. So, for Christmas my mom bought me a beautiful little dress with none other than puff sleeves!
2-When I was younger I was scared to death of thunderstorms. I would sleep with my fingers in my ears so I could not hear it.
3-I have a great interest in the life of Abigail Adams.
4-I have NEVER been on a plane.
5-I LOVE orange soda!
6-My goal is to become an elementary school teacher.
Now...I tag...Um~

Our family has a trip planned in April to go up north and visit Maine for the first time! My mom decided that she wanted all of us as a family to start saving up for the trip. Soooooo, my mom decided that we are not allowed to spend five dollar bills, EVER!!!!! Instead, they are to go in the mason jar to spend when we go away. Here is a picture to show you how we are doing so far...
The banned five dollar bill...

"The Jar"

P.S.-Just a quick funny story...The other night I went to go teach my student piano lessons. At the end of the lesson her mother came up to me to pay me...SHE PAID ME TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS IN FIVE DOLLAR BILLS!!!! When I realized what she had done, I chuckled to myself knowing where these bills were going to end up! Oh the joys of agreeing to participate in the fun! :)
