Taste of Fall...

Last night when I came home from work I attempted to make applesauce! The Capo's had gotten us a huge bag of apples and I was determined to use some for applesauce. I only made a small batch to try it out, and it turned out pretty yummy.

The apples...
peeled and cored...

all smashed up...
then I added brown sugar and cinnamon to taste...
and here is the result...
I was very happy that it worked!!!!!

Next time a plan to make a big batch. Hopefully it will come out even better!!!

I'm back...

I apologize from my very long absence from the blogger world. Our computer was down and had to be repaired. So, finally we got it all fixed and hooked back up. I've been gone so long and haven't been able to post any of my pictures from camp. I hope you will not mind seeing these old pics but I really wanted to post them. Enjoy!
